WELL Building Standard

The WELL Building Standard is gaining popularity among developers to demonstrate that an office workplace new build is conducive to a healthy work environment that supports and promotes staff wellbeing.

Green Air Monitoring are pleased to be at the forefront in providing indoor air quality surveys to demonstrate the requirements of Standard’s Feature 1, commencing with 1 Carter Lane for Cundall’s Central London office and on subsequent developments by Great Portland Estates and The Crown Estate.

We carry the required and appropriate instruments in our standard stock. The survey and sampling service was also extended to include the sampling and analysis requirements for the domestic water systems as dictated by Features 30, 31, 32 33 and 34 for the Standard.
